Is Kaeros a dental clinic?
No. Kaeros helps organize your treatment journey. We do not diagnose or treat patients. Dr. Amr and the Denta-line team make all dental decisions and provide your treatment.
How does it work?
First, tell us what is wrong with your teeth, what you want to change, and when you may want to travel. We show you a first plan and price estimate. If you want to move forward, we help set up your clinic visit. In Cairo, your dentist checks your teeth, takes any scans you need, and confirms your final treatment plan.
What dental treatments can you help with?
We mainly focus on Smile Rehabilitation and Full Smile Veneers. We can also help with dental implants, crowns and bridges, root canals, gum treatment, and other dental care at Denta-line.
Will I get a treatment plan before I travel?
Yes. After you complete our online questions, Kaeros can show you a first plan and price range based on what you tell us and Denta-line's prices. If you have X-rays, they may help Dr. Amr give more detail before you travel. Your final dental plan is confirmed in Cairo after your exam and any new scans.
What if I don't know what treatment I need?
That's okay. You do not need to choose a treatment before you contact us. Tell us what is wrong and what you want to change. We will help you understand the likely next step. Your dentist confirms what you need in Cairo.
Do I need X-rays before I contact you?
No. You can start without them. If you already have X-rays, send them. They may help Dr. Amr give more detail before you travel. You may still need new scans at the clinic in Cairo.
Does contacting Kaeros commit me to treatment?
No. Starting your treatment plan is free. You can review the information, ask questions, and decide what you want to do. There is no pressure to book.
How fast will I get my first plan?
Your first Kaeros plan is shown after you finish the online questions. If you send X-rays and we need input from Dr. Amr, that part may take longer.
Can I get a second opinion?
Yes. You can show the information to another dentist before you decide. We want you to make a choice you are comfortable with.
Do I pay Kaeros or Denta-line?
You pay Denta-line directly for your dental treatment. Standard Kaeros support is included. You can choose Premium or Private support if you want more help. Hotels, rides, and other local services are paid directly to those providers.
What Kaeros support is included?
Standard support is included. It covers your main clinic planning, appointment help, basic trip information, WhatsApp support, reminders, and follow-up. You can choose a paid plan if you want more personal help with your trip.
What are Premium and Private?
Premium gives you more personal trip planning, priority support, and extra check-ins. Private gives you one-to-one planning and a dedicated Kaeros coordinator. These plans give you more Kaeros support. They do not change your dental care.
Does paying for more Kaeros support change my dental care?
No. Your dentist, treatment decisions, and dental care do not change. Premium and Private only add more planning, time, and support from Kaeros.
Why does dental care cost less in Cairo?
Dental prices are not the same in every country. Denta-line charges Cairo prices, which can be much lower than private prices in Canada, the U.S., and the U.K.
How much can I save?
It depends on the treatment you need. Many dental treatments cost much less in Cairo than private care in Canada, the U.S., and the U.K. Your first Kaeros plan shows the expected Denta-line price before you travel.
Are there any hidden fees?
Kaeros does not add hidden fees to your dental treatment. We show the expected clinic cost before you travel. Your final cost can change if the dentist finds something different during your exam in Cairo. If that happens, the clinic explains the new plan and price before treatment. Any Premium or Private Kaeros fee is shown before you choose it.
Why travel to Cairo for dental treatment?

Do I book my own flight and hotel?
Yes. You book and pay for your flight, hotel, and other travel services directly. Kaeros can give you information to help. Premium and Private include more hands-on trip planning.
Will someone help me before I arrive?
Yes. Standard support includes clinic booking, basic trip information, and WhatsApp help. Premium and Private include more hands-on planning and support before your trip.
What happens after I start my treatment plan?
After you finish the online questions, you can see your first Kaeros plan and price estimate. We keep the information you gave us so we can help with the next step. If you have X-rays, you can send them too.
Who will I be speaking with?
Kaeros is your main point of contact for planning and support. Dr. Amr and the Denta-line team handle your dental care, treatment plan, and dental questions.
Will Kaeros help while I'm in Cairo?
Yes. Kaeros stays in touch during your trip and can help with clinic visits, communication, and basic trip questions. Premium and Private include more hands-on support and check-ins.
What if I have questions after I get home?
Contact Kaeros. We can help send your question to the clinic and keep communication clear. Dental advice still comes from Dr. Amr and the Denta-line team.
What if I need another visit?
Some treatment plans need more than one trip to Cairo. If that applies to you, we will tell you as early as we can. Kaeros can help plan your next clinic visit.
